Our main entrance has level access from the street to our Tea Room located on the ground floor. 

The external Tea Room Terrace and Sun Lounge are accessed by a short ramp which is 66cm wide.

There is level access to our new toilet located on the ground floor.

All three bedrooms at Laburnum House Hawes are accessed by the use of stairs.

There are 13 steps to the bedrooms with two changes of direction, a handrail is available and the stairs are well lit, there is no lift.

All of our bedrooms have windows, ceiling lights, bedside lamps, and natural daylight. All light fittings are LED. 

Televisions have the option to display subtitles.

Laburnum House Hawes is a non-smoking property which includes vaping and e-cigarettes.

All bedrooms have fitted carpets.
